Measurement and evaluation are rooted in an institutional system that is based on a white racial lens. This workshop will discuss what Culturally Responsive Practice is, how we approach it and how to integrate it into our work. Participants will receive tools and methodologies that will help guide what evaluation from a racial equity lens looks like and how to include members of the community in the conversation in order to get an accurate depiction of impact from these communities.
